No. MDHC can support insured and self-pay patients. Insurance may be billed when covered services are provided.
When appropriate and covered, MDHC may bill Medicare or commercial insurance for medical services provided. Membership fees are separate from insurance benefits.
Yes. A parent can be enrolled as the primary member while an adult child or family member manages payment and support.
Members may request additional home visits for $199 when available and clinically appropriate.
No. Included monthly home visits do not accumulate. This helps preserve provider availability and predictable scheduling.
